Right of cancellation for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first good, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Stelitano, Barbarastraße 30, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany, Germany, telephone number: +49 15778953977, e-mail address: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website https://www.stelitanodesign.com/revocation/. If you make use of this option, we will send you immediate confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of receipt of such a cancellation.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
