How to take measurements

📏 Quick tip: Ask someone to help you measure yourself - it's easier! Wear only underwear and stand up straight but relaxed.

Chest: Turn the tape measure around the chest, passing under the arms
Total length: From the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt (where it ends)
Sleeve length: From the shoulder to the wrist, along the whole arm
Life: Turn the tape measure around your belly, where you put your trousers
Basin: Turn the tape measure on its hips, at the widest part
Leg length: From waist to ankle, down the leg

Council: Use a soft dressmaker's tape measure. If you are undecided between two sizes, take the larger one - better comfortable than tight! All measurements are in centimetres (cm).
